Anna Maria Island Cities

Welcome to the fist part in a series that I think I’ll call Anna Maria Island Fun Facts! The first topic is our cities!

Did you know that there are currently three cities on Anna Maria Island? Which is somewhat interesting considering the entire island is only 7 miles long!

The first city is Anna Maria in the northern part of the island. This is where you can find tons of classic AMI locations like Bean Point, the AMI Museum, the City Pier, the Mote Marine Lab, and the Rod and Reel Pier.

The second is Holmes Beach which is in the middle part of the island and is where all of our Island Vibe Properties are located. It’s home to our major grocery store Publix, the island’s only dog park, our island library, and tons of restaurant options!

The third city is Bradenton Beach which is in the southern part of the island. Here you’ll find even more restaurants and shopping on Bridge Street. You’ll also find Coquina Beach (which has tons of beach parking.
