Amenities

What beach gear do you provide?

Each property has approximately 8-10 beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas, sun shade, cooler, beach towels, floaties, and beach toys!

What kind of coffee maker do you have?

It is the Cuisinart Flex Brew combination coffee maker. It has a full (12-cup) pot option which uses filters, and a single-serve option which can use K-Cups.

What bathroom, laundry, and kitchen supplies do you provide?

We provide starter supplies for all of the essentials. There will be about 1-2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1-2 paper towel rolls for the kitchen, 4-5 kitchen trash bags, and 2 small trash bags in each bathroom. We provide full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, a few dish detergent pods, and regular size laundry detergent, softener, and a few dryer sheets.

What linens do you provide?

We put bedding on all of the beds plus we provide a spare backup set in each closet. We provide bedding for the pullout couch. There is a full set of towels in each bathroom (approx 6 large towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths). There are approximately 12 beach towels provided.

Is there cable?

Yes. We have Spectrum internet, phone, and cable service at each property. All of the TVs are smart TVs, so it is a streamed "cable" service through the Spectrum TV app. We don't purchase any additional streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc) for the properties, but since all of the TVs are smart TVs you can login and use your own subscription on any TV.

Policies

What is your pet-policy?

We allow pets at all of our rentals! The process to add a pet to your reservation is to complete our Pet Addendum and pay the $150 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee.

Can we get an early check-in?

Since we are such a small operation, we can't always accommodate an early check-in. However, if we finish cleaning the property early, we are happy to provide an early check-in at no cost. The earlier you ask, the more likely we can accommodate your request. Sometimes the cleaning schedule is flexible if we know a few weeks in advance.

What are the payment terms?

We collect a 25% deposit upon booking, and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

100% refund 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund 14 days prior to arrival, and 0% refund less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Safety

Do you have alarms on the doors with access to the pool?

Yes. It is a city requirement to have alarms on every door that has access to the pool. Our rentals are inspected every 2 years by the city inspector and they are always compliant. If the alarm has been turned off by a previous guest, it can always be turned on using the switch. They are mounted near the top of each door.

Is the backyard fully fenced-in?

Yes. Each property's backyard is fully fenced-in and private to you.

Is there a fire extinguisher?

Yes. All of our rentals recently passed the newly required fire inspections and are up to code. This means that there are working smoke alarms in each room, a map of the property in the Welcome notebook to include marked exits and extinguisher location, and an annually certified fire extinguisher located in a conspicuous location.
